"Goat Day" On the Minute x 14 Odd: Movement 1 Even: Movement 2 "You Go, I Go" Amrap in 15 min Heavy, Varied carry, 75 ft. 100m Row SPRINT Alternate movements with a partner. One partner does the carry, the other partner carries, one partner rows, then the other partner rows. The carries need to change every round. You can choose between yoke, sled, farmers, suitcase, waiters etc Have fun with it!
