I have been playing sports since I was six years old. Between football, basketball, and track and field I have been part of team sports for more than a decade. I was introduced to CrossFit by a high school football coach and immediately fell in love with the ability to push myself and my friends in the workout of the day.
I have been in love with exercise and general movement ever since I can remember. I received my L2 in February of 2019 and have been coaching Crossfit since fall 2017. I am constantly looking for new things to learn about exercise, health, and wellness. I am always up for conversations about anything gym related, as well as any interesting hobbies or stories you might have to share. I Look forward to seeing you around the gym.
