In 2012 I had finished my graduate program and had started working when a coworker mentioned a CrossFit gym opening in the area and offering a free week trial. A group of us signed up to try and immediately I was hooked. I loved that a variety of us with different fitness levels could all do the same work out and find different areas to struggle in as well as be successful in. I loved the community these classes developed and have stuck with it ever since. Through my own fitness journey I have developed a better sense of self, strength, and purpose. In 2016 I started coaching and have loved supporting others in understanding, finding, and growing in their fitness goals. I am passionate about making fitness part of one’s life and attainable to those of all fitness levels. I love when athletes ask questions and trust that they can push themselves in ways they did not think they could previously.
