Over the last 9 years that I've been in the fitness industry I've met hundreds (probably thousands) of people who have come into my life and gym looking for help.
And over the course of that time I've learned one thing...the reason they give for wanting help is never the real reason.

I have a damaging confession to make.
My motivation to workout has been at 0% this past month.

4 Reasons To Participate In The CrossFit Open

The CrossFit Open season is nearly here!
Starting at the end of February CrossFit gyms from all over the world will be competing in the Open to test their fitness over the course of 5 workouts and 5 weeks.
This will be our third Open season here at CrossFit Reach and it should be our biggest yet. The first year we had 12 people participate and last year we have over 50 compete. This year I expect us to beat that number!
